Pamela ROJAS GÓNDREZ
Pamela is a Junior Consultant, working as an Apprentice at Beyond Associés.
She actively participates in the recruitment of Executives and Independent Directors, both in France and internationally. Her work focuses on talent identification and in-depth organizational analysis, contributing to the success of various projects.
Prior experience
Before joining Beyond Associés as a CIFFOP work-study student, Pamela gained experience in human resources through recruitment and administrative management assignments in the healthcare and property maintenance sectors.
Education
Pamela is currently studying for a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management at CIFFOP, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. Previously, she obtained a degree in Economic and Social Administration from Paris-Saclay University.
A Costa Rican national, Pamela is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
