Prior experience
Over more than 25 years, Olivier has built a career combining executive leadership, entrepreneurship and academic research.
He began his career in research in social sciences and organizational psychology, before moving into consulting and corporate leadership roles in both start-ups and large international organizations.
He has contributed to the development of start-ups in email marketing and geomarketing, and has held positions at PwC, Vivendi, Groupe La Poste, La Banque Postale and GeoPost, where he served as a member of the Executive Committee of an international logistics group.
In 2020, he founded Care & Connect, a consulting and coaching firm dedicated to leadership development and culture transformation.
For several years, he has also been a management expert at APM, where he has trained and coached many CEOs and entrepreneurs.
Olivier is a affiliate professor at ESCP Business School, where he teaches organizational behavior and entrepreneurial leadership. He has also been an visiting professor at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and a lecturer at Sorbonne University.
Education
He holds a PhD in Management Science (Entrepreneurship and Family Business), summa cum laude, from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He also holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP (MiM), a Master’s in Coaching and Consulting for Change from HEC, a Master’s in Organizational Change from INSEAD, a certificate in Mediation and Negotiations from Harvard Kennedy School and a certificate in Leadership for Senior Executives from Harvard Business School.
