For the past ten years, Xavier has been supporting Senior Executives from different countries and industries, as well as their teams in both personal and collective transformations.

Xavier's coaching attitude is about unconditional positive regard and effective stimulation of change, acting alternatively as a mirror, a sparring-partner and a catalyst.

Prior experience

Before joining Beyond Associés, Xavier founded his own Executive Coaching firm, IMK Conseil. 

Previously he was CEO of Areva Bioenergy and for 17 years he was leading several businesses and functions in global organizations (eg. Schlumberger, Alstom). He enjoyed leading over a thousand people towards collective and individual performance, across major changes such as merger, divestment, LBO, reorganization, turnaround,...

Education

Xavier is a certified Coach from Académie du Coaching, a CSA certified supervisor and a neuroscience professional from INC. He attended Executive Education courses at INSEAD and STANFORD and he holds an engineering degree from ENSEEIHT.
