Warwára Her

Warwára works with CEOs, boards and executive teams when leadership decisions carry real consequence.

She advises on senior leadership, C-suite development and executive coaching in moments of succession, growth and organizational change. Her work engages directly with the complexity behind leadership choices—where business ambition, context and human dynamics rarely align neatly.

Born and raised in Europe, she has lived and worked across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the United States. This experience is central to how she operates: she navigates cultural nuance instinctively and brings a global perspective to leadership—both as a business and a human endeavour.

Her style is direct, thoughtful and grounded. She partners with senior leaders on questions of alignment, potential and performance at the top, while shaping leadership that can sustain over time.

Prior experience

Warwára’s career spans international consulting and senior leadership advisory, shaped across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

She has advised listed companies on international expansion, including into the Middle East, and played a key role in building a European consulting firm’s international footprint—contributing to the development of its advisory, leadership and executive search capabilities.

At Korn Ferry, she served as Vice President across Paris, Singapore and Bangkok, and later as Senior Client Partner in the Netherlands within Leadership & Talent Consulting, advising senior executives and organizations on leadership and organizational challenges.

In Singapore, she was a Partner and Executive Coach at Collins-Tait International. She subsequently led her own advisory practice, supporting international clients across EMEA on complex leadership and talent matters.
