Victor de Couëssin
Victor focuses on Executive and Non-Executive Director searches for publicly listed and privately owned international companies.
As well as General Management and CEO Succession Plan assignments, he leads profiles in high demand and low supply, such as Chief Information Officers, Chief Information Security Officers and Chief Data Officers.
He has in-depth knowledge of industrial worlds (automotive, aerospace, chemical, industrial services) as well as the mobility and leisure & hospitality environments.
He also frequently leads Executive Search assignments in industrial mid-size companies backed by Private Equity firms or family offices.
He has a genuine interest for technology related matters and how they strongly impact business models, operating models, the definition of functions and company strategies. He remains cautious concerning the fixation on the digital revolution and how operational matters tend to disappear behind an exclusively data-oriented and technology-focused communication.

Before Joining Beyond Associés in July 2014, Victor worked for a leading international executive search firm.
Education
Victor graduated from Rouen Business School and holds a Law Degree from la Sorbonne. He is certified in the Decision Dynamics assessment tools. Victor is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
