Rodolphe Monnet


Rodolphe leads Executive and Board Non-Executive Director recruitment and assessment projects in Europe, Asia and North America.

He supports clients in the Industry sector as well as in the Public sector, Healthcare, and Insurance, with specific expertise in HR and Financial functions.

Prior Experience

At the early stage of his career, Rodolphe joined the Defense and National Security Department (Prime Minister Services) to help develop the intelligence platform. He set up an open source intelligence platform, conducted due diligence investigations and supported French companies in the Pharmaceutical, IT and Industry sectors. Between 2010 and 2012, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and then Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Health and Social Cohesion.

Prior to joining Beyond Associés, he spent the last three years in India working for the French Embassy within the political chancery, developing the Indo-French relations in the fields of healthcare, humanitarian affairs and sport. He led several assignments to provide support to French companies in the region as well as international institutions such as the Global Funds against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.


Rodolphe holds a Master’s degree in International Risk Management from HEC; a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lille 2 and a Degree in International Management from the University of Lyon 3. He is a researcher for the Observatory of Geopolitical Studies at HEC and is currently working on a PhD on Political Sciences at the René Descartes University. He is certified in Decision Dynamics assessment tools and is fluent in French and English.

Rodolphe is an alumni of the U.S. department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program.
