Lucile advises executives on C-suite recruitment, specializing in the retail, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and luxury sectors, both in France and internationally.

Particularly interested in companies’ DNA, Lucile enjoys exploring organizational dynamics and market trends to better support businesses throughout their transformation journeys, with a strong interest in digital and data-driven levers.

Prior experience

Before joining Beyond Associés, Lucile held successive positions as a Human Resources Business Partner and then as a Talent Acquisition Expert. She first worked for Thales, then LVMH, before joining Pierre Fabre, where she was responsible for identifying and recruiting executives on a global scale.

In parallel to this responsibility, she led the new Applicant Tracking System of the new group Human Capital Management software, from its conception to the training of global HR teams.

Education

Lucile is graduated with a Master 2 in Labor Law from the University of Law and Political Science in Toulouse, complemented by a specialised Masters in Organisational Management and HR Strategies from Toulouse Business School.
