Lucile advises executives on C-Suite recruitment, specialising in retail, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and luxury sectors, working both in France and internationally.

Particularly interested in the DNA of companies, Lucile enjoys delving into company’s dynamics and market trends to better support them in their transformation journey, particularly interested in digital and data levers, diversity and CSR.

Prior experience

Before joining Beyond Associés, Lucile held successive positions as a Human Resources Business Partner and then as a  Talent Acquisition Expert. She first worked for Thales, then LVMH, before joining Pierre Fabre, where she was responsible for identifying and recruiting executives on a global scale. In parallel to this responsibility, she led the new Applicant Tracking System of the new group Human Capital Management software, from its conception to the training of global HR teams.

Education

Lucile is graduated with a Master 2 in Employment Law from the University of Law and Political Science in Toulouse, complemented by a specialised Masters in Organisational Management and HR Strategies from Toulouse Business School.
