Before joining Beyond Associés, Lea gained experience in research, strategy, and communications through several roles within international organizations operating across a variety of industries.
Her experience spans industrial, consumer, and communications services. At Constellation Agency in New York, she conducted market, industry, and competitive research to support strategic recommendations for clients across multiple sectors. At L’Oréal in Turkey, she contributed to strategic communications initiatives, supporting the digital team. Earlier, at Daikin Middle East & Africa in Dubai, she supported initiatives focused on sustainability and energy-efficient solutions.
Having worked across New York, Istanbuln and Dubai, she brings experience from diverse international business environments and cross-cultural teams.
Education
Lea pursued her studies in communications at New York University before earning a Master’s degree in business from Columbia University. She speaks French, English, Turkish, and Spanish.
