Edward Russell
Edward is a Consultant working on a wide range of Executive Search projects for both publicly listed and privately owned companies.
He specialises on industrial sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace and Mobility Services but also works within Financial Services and Private Equity – recruiting for a broad range of functions. Speaking fluently English, French and Italian, Edward greatly enjoys the human aspect of Executive Search.
Prior experience
Before joining Beyond Associés, Edward gained work experience in both in Paris and Milan, completing various internships within Financial Services, HR and Modern Language teaching.
Education
Edward graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a first-class MA degree in French and Italian having successfully completed a 12-month residential experience abroad: 5 months working in Paris before 7 months studying in Milan.
A keen Rugby player, Edward played for both the Harlequins Academy and Scotland Students team at University, as well as playing invitational Rugby 7s.
In 2021, Edward was selected to attend the 6-month INSEAD BFC program, a course designed to accelerate a transition into the business world, by focusing on the core modules of the full MBA program.

All sports! Particularly rugby, tennis and skiing. Additionally travelling and diverse cuisines
