Clotilde DOré

 
 

Clotilde has been supporting executives and executive committees of major global industrial and service corporations for two decades, either as a sparring partner or coach to leaders and their teams on topics of strategic transformation, organization efficiency, as well as individual impact. In her work, she continuously combines business approaches (strategy, action plans, organizations) with the softer dimensions (awareness, individual development and team cohesion).

She particularly enjoys working in industrial sectors, specifically automotive and services, consumer goods or international institutions, with which she collaborates regularly.

Since 2010, Clotilde has been involved in the EVE women’s leadership program “Dare to be empowered”. She generally takes a more active part in projects linked to diversity in business.

Prior experience

Before co-founding Beyond Associés with Christophe Tellier and Michel Tobelem, Clotilde began her career in strategic consulting for ten years, ending as a Change Management Partner at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), primarily in the industrial field.

Clotilde was also Special Advisory Director to the COO of the Danone Group for two years before creating her own consulting and coaching structure, Mikados, in 2003. She has since supported executives in developing their talents, managed many executive team cohesion projects, and has also conducted large-scale change management and transformation projects in France and abroad.

Education

Clotilde’s educational background includes an Engineering degree (ISEP) and an MBA from HEC. She has additional training in Coaching through the CCC program at INSEAD as well as an in-depth program on coaching through “Intelligence of Self “(Jungian profiles and internal dialogue). She is certified in: M.B.T.I. (individual and team cohesion), Hogan and Decision Dynamics.
