Christophe Tellier
Christophe Tellier focuses on senior executive and non-executive director search, as well as succession planning, board effectiveness and executive talent assessment, advising both private and publicly listed global companies.
He has in-depth knowledge and passion for the industrial and energy markets as well as the consumer, retail and luxury sectors, working with clients in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia. He advises clients on the appointment of non-executive directors and on CEO succession planning processes.
Christophe is a member of Réseau Entreprendre Paris.
Prior experience
Prior to co-founding Beyond Associés with Clotilde Doré and Michel Tobelem, Christophe spent 18 years at Russell Reynolds Associates where he led and coordinated their Go to Market strategy, knowledge management and client relationship management programs.
At the early stage of his career, Christophe worked at Toys “R” Us in human resources and operations. He also was active in human resources and sales functions at Rank Xerox, then worked in human resources management in Europe with Tenneco’s J.I. Case
(now CNHI).

Christophe is a psychologist trained at the École des Psychologues Praticiens of Paris, France. He is certified in Decision Dynamics©.
