Aurélie Mellet
Aurélie leads many projects of recruitment and assessment of executive members. She advises her clients in the development of their organizations. She participates in international projects in various sectors such as Industry, Healthcare, FMCG and Luxury, in recruiting General Managers and Executive Committee Members, in particular for Human Resources and Finance roles.
She is also specialized in Board Practice activities and conducts projects for Non-Executive Directors search assignments, governance issues and assessments.
Aurélie is specifically interested in Diversity issues in companies and gives meaning to this subject in each project she manages.
Prior experience
Prior to joining Beyond Associés in 2014, Aurélie spent 6 years working for one of the top global Executive Search firms, based in Paris. She conducted senior executive recruitments across global market sectors (automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical industry). She has developed an expertise in the healthcare sector and has a strong knowledge of the organizations in this sector. In addition, she was involved with the global office expansion and recruited the Chinese team for the Shanghai office. She started her career in HR at Danone (division fresh dairy products), responsible for strategic projects throughout EMEA (recruitment processes, C&B, talent development & training).
Education
Aurélie graduated from the Skema Business School with a specialization in Human Resources. She is certified in Decision Dynamics, Hogan and Thomas International assessment tools. She is fluent in French and English.
