Beaudine van der Snoek
Beaudine is a Junior Consultant, working as an Apprentice at Beyond Associés.
She actively participates in the recruitment of Executives and Independent Directors, both in France and internationally. Her work focuses on talent identification and in-depth organizational analysis, contributing to the success of various projects.
Prior experience
Before joining Beyond Associés, Beaudine completed an internship in customer service at a company specializing in travel and language immersion programs. She has also gained experience through several seasonal jobs in the tourism sector.
Education
Beaudine is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in International Human Resources Management at CIFFOP, Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas. Previously, she obtained a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Economics-Management and Applied Foreign Languages (English, Spanish) at the University of Grenoble Aples, completing her final year on an Erasmus exchange at the University of Valencia, Spain. This degree provides her with an understanding of the economic aspects of organizations while giving her strong skills in intercultural and linguistic matters, essential for working in an international environment.
A Dutch national, Beaudine is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and has a good command of Spanish.
