Jean-Baptiste joined the Beyond Associés team in 2018 as Executive Advisor in Assessment & Talent Development. He accompanies senior management teams and international organisations on issues related to leadership and reflections on talent development.

His expertise allows him to intervene on subjects such as the optimization of potential detection processes, talent management & development, succession planning, onboarding processes, selection and evaluation of executives and competency model crafting. He also advises in the context of 360° processes and senior management team audits.

He supports clients in various sectors such as mobility, investment funds/private equity, health, industry and luxury.

Jean-Baptiste takes a close interest in market trends in talent development and is sensitive to the different methods and tools used in Europe and internationally, he is an active member of the Psychometrics forum, the largest network of psychometricians in the United Kingdom.

His curiosity and his experience allow him to support many clients around the strategic management of their potentials and to meet the current and future needs of organisations.

Prior experience

Jean-Baptiste began his professional career at the age of 15 as a classical concert pianist which allowed him to travel the world to give concerts as a soloist and as a guest of many international orchestras, developing his appetite for different cultures. In 2018, he decided to join the consulting world to use his unique experience to serve diverse talents.

Education

Top grade of Paris Conservatory, the Ecole Normale Alfred Cortot, he took part in many international competitions and the PSPBB. Jean-Baptiste studied business at the University of British Columbia, he also has a degree from Wageningen University (Netherlands) in Nutrition and Health.

He is certified in a wide range of psychometric tools such as Hogan, Decision Dynamics©, SHL & Thomas International. Jean-Baptiste is fluent in French, English and Italian.
