Rodolphe leads Executive and Board Non-Executive Director recruitment and assessment projects in Europe, Asia and North America.

He supports clients in the Industry sector as well as in the Public sector, Healthcare, and Insurance, with specific expertise in HR and Financial functions.

Prior Experience

At the early stage of his career, Rodolphe joined the Defense and National Security Department (Prime Minister Services) to help develop the intelligence platform. He set up an open source intelligence platform, conducted due diligence investigations and supported French companies in the Pharmaceutical, IT and Industry sectors. Between 2010 and 2012, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff and then Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Health and Social Cohesion.

Prior to joining Beyond Associés, he spent the last three years in India working for the French Embassy within the political chancery, developing the Indo-French relations in the fields of healthcare, humanitarian affairs and sport. He led several assignments to provide support to French companies in the region as well as international institutions such as the Global Funds against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.

Rodolphe holds a Master’s degree in International Risk Management from HEC; a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lille 2 and a Degree in International Management from the University of Lyon 3. Clotilde has been supporting executives and executive committees of major global industrial and service corporations for two decades, either as a sparring partner or coach to leaders and their teams on topics of strategic transformation, organization efficiency, as well as individual impact.

In her work, she continuously combines business approaches (strategy, action plans, organizations) with the softer dimensions (awareness, individual development and team cohesion). She particularly enjoys working in industrial sectors, specifically automotive and services, consumer goods or international institutions, with which she collaborates regularly.

Since 2010, Clotilde has been involved in the EVE women’s leadership program “Dare to be empowered”. She generally takes a more active part in projects linked to diversity in business.

Prior experience

Before co-founding Beyond Associés with Christophe Tellier and Michel Tobelem, Clotilde began her career in strategic consulting for ten years, ending as a Change Management Partner at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), primarily in the industrial field.

Clotilde was also Special Advisory Director to the COO of the Danone Group for two years before creating her own consulting and coaching structure, Mikados, in 2003. She has since supported executives in developing their talents, managed many executive team cohesion projects, and has also conducted large-scale change management and transformation projects in France and abroad.

Clotilde’s educational background includes an Engineering degree (ISEP) and an MBA from HEC.

He has in-depth knowledge and passion for the industrial and energy markets as well as the consumer, retail and luxury sectors, working with clients in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia. Prior to co-founding Beyond Associés with Clotilde Doré and Michel Tobelem, Christophe spent 18 years at Russell Reynolds Associates where he led and coordinated their global sectorial strategy and client relationship management programs.

At the early stage of his career, Christophe worked at Toys “R” Us in human resources and operations. He also was active in human resources and sales functions at Rank Xerox, then in human resources management in Europe with Tenneco’s J.I. Case (now CNH).
